This apartment could not be in a more perfect location. Perched atop a historic palazzo in Rome’s Trastevere neighborhood, this newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom is tastefully decorated in hues of blues and grays. Large windows saturate the apartment in sunlight during all hours of the day. As you enter the spacious apartment, you will immediately notice the restored hardwood floors throughout. The high ceilings make the space appear larger and more open. A rarity for century old buildings in Trastevere. The open floor plan focuses around one large living/dining room and all the other rooms branch off from this central point. Looks can be deceiving, this fully-equipped kitchen truly maximizes the space. A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and gas stovetop are hidden behind beautiful built-in cabinets. The luminous living/dining room is a mix of old and new. Pops of teal highlight the new, while antique and restored pieces blend seamlessly with the contemporary furnishings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Don’t worry, there is a half bath off the living room for overnight guests who may be using the sofa bed. The master bedroom also has tremendous amounts of light. A antique desk and furniture pieces are highlight the space. The loft area offers plenty of storage and built-in cabinets and drawers are well hidden throughout the room. A great find for anyone hoping to relocate to Rome for an extended period (6 months or more and are looking for a place to call home.

Is this the one ?
