There's a spacious kitchen with MODERN amenities AND there's a PRIVATE patio with an outdoor kitchen top. Each bedroom has a different motif, e.g., the master bedroom colored in mauve has a green bathroom. Each single room (including the kitchen & the living room) is equipped with A/C. The bathrooms are all done with mosaic tiles, high standard fixtures, all with shower. The eat-in kitchen is brand new like the rest of the apartment, there is a lot of light, it’s spacious with chocolate finishing and pewter handles, fully furnished with microwave, oven 4 stove top, double door and very large retro style refrigerator. Apart from the size, it's absolutely elegant. The brick flooring was extracted from an abandoned Romanesque church....the tiles at the patio were imported from Umbria.....and it's ceilings are red brick---with lights facing upwards......and the rest of the flooring is elegant distressed parquet (hardwood). The patio has a table for 6, it’s characteristic and is excellent for outdoor pleasantries. The address is Via Sebastiano Veniero, 50. ...it's roughly 150mt2/ 1800 ft2, quiet neighborhood with a large supermarket, 200 mt from the Vatican Museums
