An elegant apartment located in one of the most central areas of Rome, Prati. Located on the 3rd floor on Via della Giuliana, a historical building from 1920, this 80 square meters apartment has been totally renovated by an expert interior designer, carefully maintaining the original features (radiators, windows and entrance door) mixed with an international style. The amazing teak parquet floor, skirting board and doors from England and sophisticated wall treatments, is just an example of the amazing detail that exists in this apartment. The final result is very rich in charm and elegance. The apartment is full of light, furnished to highlight its original features. The entrance hallway, painted with a gold stylish surface, warmly welcomes guests and represents the heart around which spaces are rotating. The flat is composed by a comfortable and pleasant dining and living room with an elegant wooden table that can hosts up to eight people, original Murano chandelier from beginning of 1900, two large couches, coffee table, paintings, a flat 39″ satellite TV with home theatre system, radio and DVD. The bright and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, The master bedroom is furnished with an elegant king size bed, wardrobe and nighttables, and a second bedroom for an office or study. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a spacious shower (140 cm) and the other with a bath tub. It also features air conditioning, central heating, lift and Wi-Fi internet.
