Newly renovated with all modern appliances and conveniences, this spacious and bright two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is perfect for a family or professional couple relocating to Rome for a year or more. Situated on the bustling Viale di Trastevere, the apartment is completely silent on the inside. The triple-paned windows block out all noise so you can be in the middle of it all but not hear it. The apartment has been completely redone, from top to bottom. As you enter through the secured door, you will immediately notice the high ceilings, hardwood floors and abundance of natural light. All rooms are decorated in a simplistic way so you can truly make this apartment your own. The master bedroom has access to a wrap around, corner balcony, that overlooks the viale. Each of the two bathrooms has been completely renovated. The master bathroom has a washer and dryer unit, a rarity in Italy, and a large soaking tub. The second bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. The kitchen, designed by a highly-respected architect, has all new SMEG appliances. The spacious prep area is a cook’s dream. Enjoy your dinner in this eat-in kitchen. Alarm and security system installed. Fiber optic speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout. This is a real treasure of Trastevere.
