Bright and cozy are two words to describe this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located on Via della Lungara. The 3rd floor apartment is well placed, half way between the heart of Trastevere and the walls of Vatican City. As you enter the apartment, you will immediately notice the original stain glass window that brings in light all day long. To your right is the brand new, eat-in kitchen with all brand new updates and appliances. To your left is the living room with working chimney. The main focal point of the room is a floating bookcase that can be decorated with photos, books and travel collections. The built-in bar makes this room the social center of the apartment. Down the corridor are two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has plenty of storage. Hardwood floors throughout. This apartment has tons of potential!

A convenient location and spacious layout are two major components of this great find on Viale Trastevere. The apartment’s three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living room, which line both sides of the apartment, all have windows that provide sunlight and views to the street below and interior courtyard. The bathrooms each have shower stalls, and there is ample storage space throughout the hallway in the built-in closets. The versatile bedrooms each have different features, one has a matrimoniale sized bed, one has a full size day bed and the last one has two twin beds which can be made into a matrimoniale size. Located on Via Roma Libera, in the heart of Trastevere. This apartment is walking distance to all major universities, and a local farmers market is just outside the front door. Each of the two bedrooms has floor to ceiling closets with plenty of storage. The newly retiled bathroom has a large stall shower, pedestal sink and a washing machine. The large windows, which were replaced in 2015, face onto Piazza San Cosimato and provide lots of natural light into the bedrooms. The building, a typical condominium in Rome, has a doorman, elevator and large internal courtyard with plants blossoming all year long. The kitchen has it all; full fridge, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher (replaced in 2016). Very nice apartment available to rent for short, medium and long periods. Markets, restaurants, cafes all in the area. Safe and full of life!
